  1. In the Webroot Secure Anywhere, you have to select the drop-down arrow to click Basic or Admin.
  2. And In the Webroot Endpoint Protection, you have to click to change No Access to- Basic, or Admin.
  3. When you have done, then click on the option ‘Create User’ to send email to the new user.
