How to Update Webroot SecureAnywhere for Mac?

First Check Which version is Currently Installed:

You should double-click on the Webroot icon to open the Mac agent. Then, in the lower right side of the agent, you should double-click on My Account. This will display your keycode number, days remaining in your subscription, and also your version number.

In case, your version number is earlier than 9.0.2.45, then you must update your version of Webroot Antivirus for Mac. To update, the Mac agent open and active, which is in the upper left side of the screen. Now from the Webroot Antivirus drop-down menu, you should select Check For Updates. Then, you should click and drag the Webroot Antivirus program icon into the Trash in the dock. Here, the confirming window will appear on your screen. You should click on Uninstall option.  Install SecureAnywhere on Mac OS X 10.7 and Above:

You should download the SecureAnywhere installer to your Mac. Then, you should double-click wsamac.dmg to open the installer. After this, you should drag the Webroot Antivirus icon into the Applications folder. Now, you should open the Applications folder just by double-clicking on the folder icon. Then in the Applications folder, you should double-click on the Webroot Antivirus icon to start activation. Here, in the activation window, you should select a language from the drop-down box and then click on Next option. After this, you should enter your keycode and then click on Agree And Install. Now in the next panel, you should enter your email address and then click on Continue. If it prompts, then you should confirm the installation just by entering your Apple system password and then click on OK. Then in the next panel, you should create your Webroot account. Here, you should enter the required information for creating account. Now in the next panel, you should install a Safari extension which allows SecureAnywhere to tag search results as safe, questionable, or unsafe. Then in the Safari dialog, you should click on the Install button. If you want to use Password Management feature, then you should click on Install. When the Activation is Successful screen opens, you should click on the Scan Now button. After the Scan complete, you should click on Close button.
