  • Check your Account:

To fix this issue, you should first double-tap on your MS account is verified. For this, you should log into your Microsoft account through any browser. Here, you will view a link which asks you to verify your account. In case, your MS account is not verified, then select the syncing preferences such as themes across devices do not work properly. When you check your account, then restart your device and just enable syncing in settings.

  • Turn sync off then back on:

Here, you should open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder and then you need to open the SOFTWARE folder. At this point, you should find the Microsoft folder and then open it, and then you need to open Windows. Now, you should go to CurrentVersion and then open it and just scroll to the Policies folder and then open System.

The user should create a backup of the System folder just by choosing it and then hit on File and Export. Next, you need to Save the file as System-backup. By selecting your System, just right-click on it and then tap on New button and then DWORD(32-bit) Value. At this point, you should name the new value NoConnectedUser and then double-tap on it. After this, set the value data to 0 and press OK. At the end, just Restart the device.
